Registration Procedure and Refund
Policy
1. Please
complete the above form to register your interest in attending the course 2. Click on the Submit button, when all details have been completed
(including your name, company, phone number and email address) 3. When the course date has been scheduled, details will
be sent to you 4. If you decide
you wish to attend, then a Tax invoice will be provided to you and pre-payment of the course by either EFT (direct
deposit), VISA credit card or by posting a company cheque will be required. 5. On receipt of course payment, a receipt and course registration
confirmation will be emailed to you 6. If the course is re-scheduled for any reason, you will be refunded the full fee 7.
If
you withdraw from the course with less than two weeks notice then your company is naturally entitled to name a replacement.
Otherwise, a cancellation fee will apply, of up to 50% of the course fee.
